Ordering
How to order online:
From the home page, click on “Latest Collection” or any category of your choice. Next, click on an item to view from the product list then click on the “Add to Bag” button of the item you wish to purchase.
“Add to Bag” allows you to continue shopping and when you’re done, simply click on the “View Shopping Bag” button located at the top right corner of our Web site. Then, follow the 3 simple steps to check out and just wait for a payment invoice to be sent to your e-mail account.
In the payment invoice, the total amount to pay including postage and bank account details will be provided. Once payment is made, simply follow the link provided in the payment invoice or go to “Order Status” located at the top right corner of our Web site, and follow the given instructions. Do ensure that a valid and accurate mailing address is provided.
Once your payment details have been submitted, you will receive an e-mail within 2 working days regarding the verification of your payment and the expected mailing date of your parcel.
E-mail orders:
Sorry but we do not accept orders by e-mail.
Modify or Cancel Order:
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, simply contact us at customers@runwaybandits.com for assistance.

Shipping
Local delivery:
Postage is charged according to the category of the item(s) you wish to purchase.
Normal Postage
Accessories / Tops / Dresses - $1.50 per item (For additional items, add $0.50)
Bottoms - $1.50 per item
Shoes - $3 per item
Bags - $3 per item
Registered Postage
For registered parcels, there is an additional one-off S$2.24 standard charge required by SingPost. Hence, if you would like your item to be mailed by registered post, simply add $2.24 to the total normal postage amount.

International shipping:
For overseas buyers, we charge a flat rate of SGD15 for international normal shipping per item and SGD17.25 for international registered shipping per item. For subsequent items, we will be referring to SingPost for additional charges.

All items mailed out by Runway Bandits have passed our quality checks, however, if in any case that you have received a defected item, do email us immediately at customers@runwaybandits.com with your name, email address, item purchased, faults and pictures of faults.
Runway Bandits reserves the right to exercise discretion in authorising all returns and exchanges.

Rest assured that all e-mail addresses collected in Runway Bandits’ mailing list will be kept confidential. Unless otherwise required for internal business operations or by the law, Runway Bandits does not disclose your e-mail addresses to third parties.
