2. How do i get informed on new collection launches?

To receive exclusive updates and sneak peeks, you can join our mailing list by keying in your e-mail address at the bottom left hand corner of our website. You may also wish to join our Facebook fanpage for news releases.

ORDERING

3. How do I place an order?

Click on the “Add to Bag” button of the item you wish to purchase.

“Add to Bag” allows you to continue shopping and when you’re done, simply click on the “Shopping Bag” button located at the top right corner of our website. Then, follow the 3 simple steps to check out and simply wait for a payment invoice to be sent to your e-mail account. Do ensure that a valid and accurate mailing address is provided.

In the payment invoice, the total amount to pay including postage and bank account details will be provided. Once payment is made, simply follow the link provided in the payment invoice or go to “Order Status” located at the top right corner of our website, and follow the given instructions.

For ATM users, do remember to take a snapshot of the receipt and upload it into our server when submitting your payment details. Once your payment details have been submitted, you will receive an e-mail within 2 working days regarding the verification of your payment and the expected mailing date of your parcel.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

For local buyers, we accept:

- DBS / POSB / OCBC Internet bank transfer
- DBS / POSB / OCBC ATM transfer
- Interbank transfer
- Visa/ Mastercard / Amex via PayPal (there will be an additional 5% transaction fee)

For international buyers, we accept:

- Visa/ Mastercard / Amex via PayPal (there will be an additional 5% transaction fee)

DELIVERY

5. After my payment has been verified, when will my items be mailed out?

For in stock items, it will be mailed out within 3 working days. If you have ordered a backorder item, do check "Backorder Status" at the bottom right hand corner of our website for the estimated mailing date.

6. What should I do if I have yet to receive my package, which has been mailed out a week ago?

Do drop us an email at customers@runwaybandits.com with the items purchased, your name and mailing address. We would then contact SingPost regarding your package and get back to you once we receive any updates.

7. How are the local postage charges like?

Please take note that packages containing backorder items will only be mailed out as a single package unless notified.

Normal postage charges

Accessories - SGD1.50 per item
Apparels - SGD1.50 per item
Shoes & Bags - SGD2.50 per item

For every subsequent item, it will be an additional SGD0.50 per item.

Registered postage charges

If you wish to have your orders to be mailed by registered postage, there will be an additional one-time SGD2.24 standard fee on top of the total normal postage charges.

SingPost SmartPac

A standard rate of SGD4.20 irregardless of the number of items ordered allows you to receive your package on the next working day upon payment verification. Not applicable for delivery of bulky items such as shoes and bags.

A.M Mail Letterbox Delivery

SGD2.60 per item allows you to receive your package by 11:00AM on the next working day upon payment verification. Not applicable for delivery of bulky items such as shoes and bags.

A.M Mail Doorstep Delivery

SGD3.90 per item allows you to receive your package by 11:00AM on the next working day upon payment verification. Not applicable for delivery of bulky items such as shoes and bags.

8. I want to save on postage charges, do you do meet ups?

We do not conduct meet ups but we do offer self collection at our office / showroom located at 12 Arumugam Road, Lion Building B #06-04A S400958. Available from Monday to Friday between 2:00PM to 6:00PM at our office which is a stone's throw away from Macpherson Mrt Station. 9. What is the difference between normal and registered postage?

Normal packages are delivered just like regular letters with no tracking numbers, hence, it is almost impossible to track back the package should it get lost.

Whereas registered packages comes with tracking numbers and are delivered right to your doorstep.

10. I am an international buyer, how are the postage charges like?

Customers residing in Malaysia or Brunei

Accessories - SGD6.00 per item
Apparels - SGD6.00 per item
Shoes & Bags - SGD12.00 per item

For every subsequent item, it will be an additional SGD0.50 per item.

Customers residing in other countries

Accessories - SGD16.00 per item
Apparels - SGD16.00 per item
Shoes & Bags - SGD20.00 per item

For every subsequent item, it will be an additional SGD2.00 per item.
