All items are free-sized unless otherwise stated.
Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/refunds will be done.
1.3 Returns & Exchanges
All items sold are non-refundable but may be exchangeable if the item is defected. Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.

1.4 Payment
Please take note that receiving the payment invoice only implies your intention of confirming the item(s). Thus, item(s) not paid within the timeframe of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter.
Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended; however, if you wish to opt for ATM transfers, please keep a copy of the receipt as a clear picture shot of the receipt might be needed for verification purposes.

Additional images will not be provided, however, we will try our best to assist should you have any doubts.

Runway Bandits makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

1.7 Delivery
Runway Bandits will not be held liable for lost parcels if the buyer chooses to opt for normal mail. Hence, it is recommended for all buyers to opt for registered parcels, simply pay an additional $2.24 for a safe piece of mind.
Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent.
