FREE STANDARD COURIER SHIPPING / NINJA COLLECT ON ORDERS ABOVE SGD$100
We currently offer free standard courier shipping / ninja collect to local customers on orders (in a single purchase) totaling over SGD$100*. However, please keep in mind that if your order contains mixed merchandise (in-stock and backorder); free shipping applies only if either the in-stock or backorder items add up to SGD$100*.

DELIVERY RATES & SERVICES
Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 3 working days upon payment confirmation. This is an estimate, and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an order dispatch email. Self collection orders will be processed and sent down to the store within 3 to 5 working days.

(i) Standard Courier (via Ninja Van)
Available at a flat rate of only SGD$3.50, orders shipped via Standard Courier will take 1 - 3 working days to be delivered to you. A tracking number will be provided, and you may follow the journey of your package on ninjavan.co. Delivery will take place anytime between 9am to 10pm. Time slot delivery is not available. (ii) Express Courier (via Ninja Van)
If you need an item urgently, you may wish to opt for Express Courier, which costs SGD$4.00. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Packages shipped via this method will be delivered on the next working day*, and can be traced on ninjavan.co as well. To track your package, click here.
*Orders placed after 8am (GMT+8) will be dispatched on the next working day.
(ii) Self Collection (Plaza Singapura #B1-31)
We will require 3 to 5 working days to process and send down self collection orders to the retail store. However, kindly allow 7 to 10 working days during sale and peak periods. Kindly drop by our store after you have received the notification email that the order is ready for collection. Orders not collected within 7 working days will be returned back to our warehouse and additional charges will be incurred for redelivery. Orders not collected within 6 months will be forfeited without prior notice and no refunds will be made.
