Order & Payment


You don’t have to, but creating an account with us allows you to keep track of your past purchases and records, such as billing and shipping addresses. This means that less time is spent filling up information, and more time can be allocated to shopping.

At any point of time that you wish to edit your account details, simply click on ‘My Account’ at the top right corner, and look for the ‘Edit’ button.



Placing an order with Runway Bandits is easy and fast. If you already know what you’re looking for, start shopping by clicking category links such as Tops, Dresses, etc at the top of the page. You may also shop our latest arrivals through the NEW IN category link.

Once you have seen something you like, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, review your items by clicking ‘Shopping Cart’ located at the top right of the screen.

Complete your order by clicking ‘Checkout’ once you are satisfied with the items in your shopping cart.



Step 1: Enter your delivery and billing addresses. Please ensure that all fills are entered correctly.

Step 2: If you have a discount code, enter the code and click on the ‘Apply Discount’ button. 

Step 3: Next, click on the ‘Calculate Shipping’ button to choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery. 

Step 4: To complete your order, simply select your preferred payment method and click on the ‘Review Order’ button. To confirm, click on the ‘Process Order’ button. Kindly bear in mind that if you click 'Back' at the payment page, your order will be cancelled and the items in your shopping bag will be removed. 

Step 5: Upon completion, you will be issued an order number and a confirmation email with the order summary will be sent to you.

There is no time limit to how long you may keep items in your shopping bag. However, please note that there is a chance that the item might get sold out during the checkout process. In other words, our checkout system is based on fastest fingers first. The items will only be yours upon confirmation of your order; a valid Order Invoice number will be issued via email upon successful checkout. 



If something catches your eye but you’re not ready to purchase it yet, you can add the item into your list of ‘Favourites’ simply by clicking the heart symbol at the top right corner of the product. The function of ‘Favourites’ is pretty much the same as a Wish List.

Whenever you’re ready to make the purchase, simply add the item in your ‘Favourites’ to cart, and checkout. Alternatively, if you decide that you would like to remove the item, just click on the ‘Remove’ button next to the item name.

Do note that items in the wish list are not reserved per se, and may run out of stock at any time.



We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. 

You do not require a PayPal account to utilise its services on our website. Simply select the 'PayPal' option and follow the instructions to make payment using your debit / credit card.
