Not quite sure which size to select while shopping? Please refer to the sizing chart below to help you make a better decision.

All measurements are taken when garment is laid flat. While we aim to provide measurements as accurately as possible, do note that discrepancies may still be present due to the nature of the mass-manufacturing process. As such, please allow ±0.5" - 0.8" variance in product measurements.

For more detailed information, please see item specifications under the 'SIZE & FIT' tab on individual product pages.

Please keep in mind that the charts serve as a general guide to compare the various size scales, as sizing and cut will differ between merchandises. We would recommend that you use the given measurements under the item description for a better gauge of the size fit.

 *All measurements are in inches.

• Bust – Measure under your arms at the fullest point of your bra cup.
• Waist – Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one forefinger between your body and the measuring tape.
• Hips – Hold the tape around the place where your hips stick out the most.
• Dress Length – Measure from the high point of your shoulders down the length of your back.

We’ve made it easy for you: all you have to do is to make sure to take note of the following, and you’re good to go! 

If you would like an item in a different size/colour, please return your unwanted item for Store Credit and place a new order.

Step 1: Is your order eligible for a return? 

• Products purchased using Store Credit cannot be returned or exchanged. If a portion of your order is paid using Store Credit, please enquire with our Customer Service team at customers@runwaybandits.com prior to returning your order.
  
  
• All orders placed using a Promotional Code or Bandita Reward Points cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  
• Orders placed using a 'ID Store Credit' cannot be returned if a promotional code or bandita reward points are utilised in the same order
  
  
• Items must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and in a brand new and saleable condition). All footwear must include their original shoebox, undamaged and in its original condition.
  
  All goods will be inspected on return; articles that do not meet all conditions mentioned will be rejected.
  
  
• Final Sale items cannot be returned:
  
  - Sale items
  - Swimwear and Intimates
  - Grooming Products (hand cream, soap)
  - Accessories (hats, watches, wallets, socks, jewellery)
  - Print Items (stationary, magazines, books)
  - Homeware (candles, diffusers)
  
  

• All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item again, please do so directly from our website.
  
  

Step 2: How do i proceed with the return?

• Once you have made sure that your order is eligible for a return, simply download the Return Form here and enter the relevant fills. Just make sure that you have taken note of the terms listed on the Return Policy and Return Form.
  
  
• Once you’re sure that the above criteria have been met and are agreeable to the terms, please print and fill up the form, then send it back to us inside the package containing the item. 
  
  
• All returns must arrive at our warehouse within 10 working days (local) and 20 working days (international) of receiving your original order.
  
  As the merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, kindly return the item via a traceable mode of postage.
  
  
• Rejects goods for local orders will be returned to customer via Standard Courier Shipping at a chargeable fee of SGD $2.50. Customer has to bear full responsibility of ALL shipping charges incurred to facilitate the return. 
  
  In the event that we do not receive a response within 10 working days from the date of the notification email, the package will be forfeited without prior notice. Runway Bandits shall not be held responsible for any unclaimed rejected packages after the stipulated timeframe.
  
  
• Rejected goods for international orders will be returned to customer (shipping charges applicable).
  
  

Step 3: When will i receive the Store Credit?

• Once we have received the returned package, our operations team will process the Store Credit (no expiry date) within 7 working days. 
  
  Kindly bear in mind that this Store Credit will not be eligible for further returns or exchanges. 
  
  

*This form is strictly for Returns only. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact Customer Service at customers@runwaybandits.com within 5 working days from receipt, and we’ll get back to you within 1 working day.
